Each day it's like: 'How many more days am I going to feel young and vibrant? I feel young and vibrant now, but I also feel the aches and pains a little bit." -Ray Romano

I'm glad to announce the pains in my chest have died down and have gone away. I'm sure that the combination of the different jobs I've been working on as well as starting a new chapter in my life has been fairly stressful to my body, and I look forward to settling down into a solid routine soon. It's funny, many of my posts in the past have been about living life loud and doing new and exciting things, but if this past week has been any indication, sometimes it is good to just take things slow from time to time and let your body rest.
Your body is the only body you will have have your life, so make sure you take care of it! It is very easy to live a vibrant and exciting life, but if you are screaming "YOLO" as you jump from a balcony, you should also be aware of the possible consequences. Living an exciting life is good, but living a safe life is better. Just make sure to keep a good balance and take care of yourself!
Question Time: Where do you lie on the vibrant<->Safe spectrum?
About the video: As mentioned above, it is important to have an exciting life, but make sure you don't go overboard with it. On the flip end of it, this music video was released by Lonely Island a year and a half ago about what it looks like when you go overboard with being too safe. Try to find an easy median, and enjoy the video :)
