Summary:
These door decs are just despicable! Every staff members needs some help from time to time, so why not bring some minions into your building to help you out! These characters use very minimal supplies, are fairly easy to make and would work best with any residents on any size of floor/building. There is a lot of cutting involved, so it might be helpful to get some residents to help. The best part of creating these minions is that they are very customizable. You could have 1-2 eyes, hair, or they could be holding anything that a student might be interested in. Their outfits could also be made with denim to create a more textured look.

If you are creating these door decs in a first-year building, it might be fun to create a program called "A minion ways to get involved on campus". During this event, you can survey your residents before the program to find out what they are interested in and then bring representatives from different departments to discuss resources they can provide for students which match their interests. This could also be in a form of a club fair, different booths for community service in the area, or even resources available in just the housing department! The sky is the limit, just make sure to bring some bananas!

Other lessons you can incorporate in your programming may include:
- Don't Let Your Grades be Despicable- Academic Success
- A Minion Reasons Why We Love... (Roommates/RAs/Teachers, ect.)- Recognition Event
- BANNNANNAAA!- Nutrition and Wellness Event
- Gru-some Crime Prevention- Campus Safety Event
